Join the beta
Nosto is going into testing with a small group of Olympic weightlifters. Places are given out in batches, by hand, so the first group is a mix of levels and not just whoever arrived first.
- It is free during the beta. Nothing to pay and no card to enter.
- You need an iPhone on iOS 18 or later. An Apple Watch is optional — the app works without one, and more of it works with one.
- Testing runs through Apple's TestFlight, so the address you give is entered there and Apple sends you the invitation.
- You will hear either way. If there is no place in this batch, the answer is still an answer.
- Rep detection is in the build but off, and labelled experimental. It is being worked on and nothing depends on it.

Your address and your answer are stored so the beta can be run, and for nothing else. They are not published, not sold, and not added to any mailing list. Ask at any time and both are deleted. What the app itself collects — and what it never collects — is on the privacy page.
